Tennessee Vols Football Schedule: 2012 Is Officially Easier Than 2011 | Bleacher Report :

Dooley gaining ground !!

In the last few days the good news has been rolling in making Vol  fans happy everywhere.  Dooley has kept his nose to the grind working overtime. With the additions of players such as Nash Nance, Mychal Rivera, and Rajion Neal the 2010 recruiting class is gaining momentum. There are still some athletes out there who have Vol fans waiting in  suspense. Da'rick Rogers would be a huge addition to the Vols roster and would add to an already intimidating list of WR's. The Volnation will keep our fingers crossed in hopes that these kids make the right decisions, whether or not they are with the Univesity of Tennessee.

With that said, Coach Dooley is also building up stats in another department.  He is earning the respect of Fans who were clueless as to who he is or what he is really about. There is a lot to be said for good old fashioned work ethic.  It goes to show that when you bring integrity and straight forwardness to the table, the dividends will be huge. Let's face it, for Dooley to do what he has done to this point is astounding in the sense that it has been done without a full staff.

I for one don't mind the ratings when it comes to players. For Dooley to recruit 3 star players tells me that he is confident in his ability to coach up players and essentially put talent on the field. In the end The University is not about putting players in the NFL, but about about putting men in a place in life where they are comfortable  and equipped for the roadblocks we all face. The NFL is an advantage, but Dooley is making it more than that , he is making a UT education and experience something to be proud of and revered, and he is doing it the right way Finally!
