Fulmer To UConn Likely Just Idle Talk

When we saw The Hartford Courant’s report from earlier this week suggesting that Phillip Fulmer was interested in the UConn job, we rolled our eyes.


Literally. Took ‘em out of our head, rolled ‘em across the table, and then put ‘em back in.

Then a Knoxville television station reported that a source “close to” the former UT coach had confirmed Fulmer’s interest.

So is Fulmer interested? Probably. Is he interested enough to really take the Connecticut job if offered? Probably not.
