Clear chose the Volunteers over Alabama, Duke and Memphis.
He is rated as the top prospect in the state by the Knoxville News Sentinel and the No. 2 prospect in the state by rivals.com. Rivals lists him as the nation's No. 18 offensive tackle prospect and a four-star recruit, although he played tight end in high school.
Clear will be able to sign his national letter of intent on Wednesday, the first day of the signing period.

Cameron Clear, the 6-6, 265-pound football recruit from Memphis Central, announced at a press conference today that he will sign with Tennessee. He said the decision was based on relationships and where he feels most comfortable.
